The Embassy is pleased to announce that it will hold a consular mission in Antananarivo, Madagascar on Saturday, 23 July 2022, from 9am to 5 pm at a venue to be announced in succeeding advisories.

Filipinos and their families in the area are highly encouraged to avail themselves of consular services at the mission. The consular team shall render services related to passports, civil registration (reports of birth, marriage, death), notarial/legalization and authentication of documents, and reacquisition of citizenship.

The link is programmed to accept applications until the deadline of 18 July 2022.

After reviewing the submissions, the Embassy will provide feedback within 1-2 working days upon receipt of the documents if they are found to be in order. A reserved time slot for the applicant during the outreach program will be sent by email. During the actual conduct of the mission, applicants shall present the original (and the prescribed copies) of the documentary requirements and forms.

In the interest of public health and safety, the Embassy shall implement the wearing of masks, physical distancing, and use of sanitizers in addition to the prevailing health protocols and arrangements in the conduct of the mission.
