The Philippine Embassy successully conducted a consular outreach mission in Antananarivo, Madagascar on 23 July 2022. Filipinos in Antananarivo and Tamatave (Toamasina) province availed themselves of consular services such as passport renewal, legalization of documents, and civil registration (reports of birth and marriage).
