Philippine Ambassador Noralyn Jubaira Baja paid a courtesy call on Chief Director for Human Rights and Humanitarian Affairs Ambassador Francis Moloi of the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) of South Africa on 22 August 2022.
Among issues discussed were the Philippines' United Nations Joint Program on Human Rights (UNJP) and South Africa's possible support for Philippine future candidatures.
Ambassador Moloi opened the South African Embassy in Manila in 2004.
