Philippine Embassy officials met with Mr. Percy Morapedi Koji, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Africa Economic Leadership Council (AELC) on 05 December 2022 in Pretoria.
Both sides discussed opportunities to increase economic engagements between the two countries. Mr. Koji intends to visit the Philippines to explore opportunities for trade, creating a bridge for South African companies to connect with its Philippine counterparts and entities.
The AELC is an organisation established to impact the manner in which entrepreneurs engage with one another. It seeks to create a global network through which meaningful collaboration can be fostered.
