Philippine Ambassador Noralyn Jubaira Baja and First Secretary and Consul Jim Minglana called on officials of the South African Maritime Safety Authority (SAMSA) in Cape Town on 13 February 2023 to discuss areas of mutual concern, specifically on Filipino seafarers coming to or passing through South Africa.
