The Philippine Embassy successully conducted a consular outreach mission in Maputo, Mozambique on 30 September 2023. Assisted by members of the Filipino Community in Mozambique (FILCOMOZ) and the Philippine Honorary Consul to Mozambique, Mr. Donald Tulcidas, the team provided 55 services to almost 35 individuals.
