Zambia Outreach 2023

The Philippine Embassy in Pretoria conducted its third consular outreach mission for 2023 to Lusaka, Zambia on 16 April 2023. The team, composed of Consul Jim Minglana, Mr. Dennis Cruz, and Mr. Paul Vincent Fodra, provided consular services such as passport renewal, birth and marriage registration, legalization of documents, and overseas voters registration for the 2025 national elections to Filipinos and their families in the area.
 
There are approximately 300 Filipinos in Zambia, mostly working as engineers, supervisors, business owners, missionaries, and key employees in the manufacturing, food and hospitality sectors. 
 
The Embassy expresses its appreciation to the Filipino community in Zambia for helping ensure the success of the mission.

The Philippine Embassy in Pretoria conducted its second consular outreach mission for 2023 in Cape Town, South Africa on 12-13 February 2023. The team was led by Amb. Noralyn Jubaira Baja and included Consul Jim Minglana, Paul Vincent Fodra, and John Matthew Poblete. They rendered consular services related to passport renewal, birth and marriage registration, legalization of documents, and overseas voters registration for the 2025 national elections to Filipinos and their families in the area.
 
Philippine Honorary Consul General Steven David Chaimowitz and members of the Filipino community in Cape Town and surrounding areas led by Ms. Everly Cirineo helped ensure the success of the mission.
